What we collect, and why.
This page covers informus.ai and the private pages we send to people. It is written to be read. Last updated 10 October 2026.
Who we are
Informus AI runs informus.ai. If you have a question about anything here, or want something changed or deleted, email hello@informus.ai.
When you visit informus.ai
Our hosting provider, Vercel, logs each request: your IP address, your browser, and the page you asked for. That is how the site is delivered and kept secure.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and clicks on our own buttons. It does not use cookies, and it does not follow you to other sites.
When you book a call or email us
The booking calendar on informus.ai is Google Calendar. The name and email you type into it go to Google and to us, so we can hold the meeting. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.
The contact form on the site opens a message in your own email app. We receive only what you choose to send.
The private pages we send
Sometimes we send a person a private page: a research summary, a call review, a plan. The link is made for that person, and the page is behind a password.
For these links, we record when the page is opened, how far down it you scroll, which sections were on screen, how long the page was visible, whether you click a button such as booking a time, and the country the visit appears to come from. We also keep a device code: a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, which we cannot turn back into either. It lets us see whether a link is being used from more than one device.
We do this so we can follow up sensibly, see whether the page was useful, and notice when a private link has been passed on. We do not store your IP address, we do not use cookies for it, and we do not put tracking images in our emails.
This activity is kept for 12 months and then deleted. It is seen only by the Informus team.
What we do not do
We do not run advertising, we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our records: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for our database, and Google for calendar and email. They process data for us to provide those services and for nothing else.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including the activity recorded against your email address. Email us and we will do it, wherever you live. You can also ask us to stop using a tracked link for you, and send you a plain one.
Security
Private pages are behind a password, and the activity records are available only to the Informus team.
Informus Flow
Informus Flow, our product, is covered by the agreement we sign with each client, not by this page. It sets out what we hold for them and how it is kept and deleted.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top.
