Forward an email into Flow

Forward any client email to yourself and Flow drafts the reply to the person who wrote it. Add a note on top to say what you want. You approve it before anything is sent.

  • NewForward an email to your own address, and within a few minutes the drafted reply is waiting on Tasks, addressed to the person who originally wrote it.
  • NewType a note above the forwarded email, like "send them the signed contract", and Flow follows it.
  • NewIt is filed with the right client, and a document they asked for is attached from your Sent mail, only if you already sent it to them.
  • NewNothing to set up beyond Gmail tracking. Anything else you send yourself is left alone.

The notetaker joins your calls by itself

Put the meeting in your calendar and that is the whole job. Every call with a meeting link gets the Informus Notetaker, even one you set up a minute before it starts, and you can skip any one of them.

  • NewEvery meeting on your calendar with a Meet, Zoom or Teams link gets the notetaker, checked every minute. A call you create at 1:59 for 2:00 still gets it.
  • NewDon't want it in a call? Don't admit it, or skip that meeting ahead of time. It stays out of meetings you declined, invites you never answered, all-day entries, and anything with no link.
  • NewEach call is filed where it belongs: with the client you track, with your evangelist conversations, or with your internal meetings.
  • NewSee what is coming in Keep Moving under "Notetaker will join", or from the account menu: what the call is, who it is with, where it will be filed, and a button to skip that one.
  • NewIf the notetaker can't join, Keep Moving tells you why at the top instead of failing quietly.
  • NewYour calendar stays the truth. Move the meeting or change the link and the booking moves with it; cancel or decline it and the notetaker stands down.
  • NewIt turns on where Gmail tracking already lives: connect Gmail from the account menu, and allow calendar access when Google asks.

Process maps from conversation

Talk through how the work runs and Flow draws it step by step. Change it by talking or by hand, and every version is kept.

  • NewInformus turns your kickoff call into a first process map: every step numbered, with owners and decision points.
  • NewTalk to change it. Say "S7 happens before S6" and Flow suggests the change with your reason. Nothing changes until someone accepts it.
  • NewEdit by hand in full screen: add a step after any step, rename, set owners, and connect steps by dragging.
  • NewEvery version is kept. Restoring an old version adds a new one instead of erasing history.

Client email arrives already answered, with the document attached

Flow automates what comes next. Turn on Gmail tracking and a client's email becomes a drafted reply, carrying the document they asked for again. You approve it before anything is sent.

  • NewAsked to resend a document? Flow finds the file you already sent that person, in your own Sent mail, and attaches it to the drafted reply.
  • NewGmail tracking: connect Gmail once, and email from anyone in a client workspace, evangelists, and people you have written to before comes into Flow on its own.
  • NewFlow drafts the reply, and a private guide when one is needed. Add a note on top if you want something specific, or say nothing.
  • NewFollow-ups promised in a meeting are drafted straight from the meeting, before anyone has to ask twice.
  • NewAlready answered it yourself, later in the thread? Flow leaves it alone. No task, no draft, no second reply.
  • NewApprove & send from Keep Moving. Nothing goes out until you approve it, and then it goes from you: a tracked reply sends from your own Gmail, in the same thread, with your signature.
  • NewEvery other client email sends from the Informus person who approved it, signed off with their signature and copied into their own Sent.

Confirm, approve, and see where everything stands

The loop between you and Informus is now closed: confirm what Flow heard, get a clear readout back, and watch each step move through Progress.

  • NewConfirm what we heard. After you talk, Flow shows you what it understood before anything changes.
  • NewA readout comes back after you confirm: what this is, what is in and out of scope, what happens next, and who does it.
  • NewEvery step shows where it stands in Progress, with a delivery estimate. Delivered is green, on track is blue.
  • NewThe workflow map: name steps out loud, accept suggestions, or edit it by hand. Its history is never rewritten.
  • ImprovedTalk about anything from every screen with the +, and a mic in full-screen views.
  • ImprovedPriorities and steps get short names, with the full description underneath.

Flow joins your meetings

Schedule Flow into a call and it arrives on time, listens, and turns the conversation into priorities on your board.

  • NewSchedule the Flow notetaker for a meeting's start time instead of sending it in right away.
  • NewQuickstart boards: a new engagement starts with a board already shaped around its first priorities.
  • ImprovedCapture names the workspace it is saving to, and no longer turns the mic on by itself.
